I have old ps1 games and I’m planning to play it on the psp, unfortunately some games hang on certain parts of the game and other games simply doesn’t run. So I’m asking how to you upgrade or downgrade the psp os?

You can either plug your PSP into your computer and download the software for the Sony website, the put it in PSP>GAME, and then go under games in the XMB and install it from there. OR, you can make sure that the Wi-Fi switch on the PSP is on, be at a Wi-Fi hotspot, and then go to Netwok Update, and it will automatically find and download the software, and then you can install it. Yay.

Flip the switch on the left-hand side of your PSP and on the PSP’s main menu go to network update. This will download the latest version of the PSP firmware and install it onto your system.
