My Blackberry Curve Won’t Start And The Display Has A Battery With A Line Through It. What Do I Do?

I’ve tried replacing the battery and nothing has worked. Does anyone have any answers? The Blackberry and carrier websites have provided no help.

Remove the battery cover. Leave the battery in & take a safety pin or small object & insert the pin into the hole of the small reset button on the bottom left corner.

it needs either a really good charge: if you already charged it then you need a new battery, your current one cant hold a charge
